What did it change?
We measure, not guess.
Its impact is measured against a control group. Here is exactly what we count.
DEFINITIONS
How an order is counted.
Influenced order
An influenced order is an order from a shopper who saw the assistant in the 7 days before buying — even without clicking. Each order is counted once, at its deepest contact: saw it, heard a tip, touched it, or chatted.Control group
A share of your shoppers, chosen at random, never sees the assistant. Comparing the two groups is the only way to see its net effect; influenced orders alone show reach, not cause.
Unattributed is not “not influenced”
When an order cannot be linked to a shopper, we say so: orders we cannot link to a shopper are reported as unattributed, never as not influenced.
AI agents are separated
AI agent visits are separated from your measurement: they never enter the control group. Orders placed by or through AI agents are counted in their own bucket.Cancellations and refunds
Cancelled or refunded orders are not counted as conversions.
WHAT WE DO NOT SAYNo uplift figure
No uplift figure
before the data supports it.
A control group needs enough shoppers and orders before a difference means anything. Until it has that, we report the comparison as still collecting data.
