How this website handles data.

What commerco.ai processes when you visit, why, and for how long. The data processing terms for merchants are in the service agreement; a summary is on the DPA page.

1. Who we are

Company details are provided in your service agreement.

2. What we process

  • Server access logs: IP address, time, the requested address without its query string, response code and size, referring page and browser information (User-Agent).
  • Abuse prevention: a key derived from your IP address is kept in server memory for at most 10 minutes for rate limiting; it is not written to disk.
  • The assistant: what you type or say to the assistant, the page you are on and earlier messages in the same conversation are processed to answer you. Email addresses and phone numbers are masked in anything we record. Voice audio is processed only while you talk and is not recorded.
  • Assistant measurement: conversation summaries, visit, goal and display records with a random visitor ID (no form contents, page text or IP address), used to run the assistant, measure its quality and effect, and prevent abuse.
  • In your browser: your theme preference and demo selections stay in your browser’s storage and are not sent to us. The assistant also keeps a few items in your browser; each is listed in the Turkish version of this page. This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising, font or map resources.

3. Hosting and transfers

Data is stored on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Messages and voice sent to the assistant are passed to Google’s Gemini API (United States) to generate answers. Data is not sold and not shared for marketing.

4. How long we keep it

  • Server access logs: at most 14 days (server setting).
  • Contact form requests: deleted automatically after 12 months.
  • Assistant conversation summaries: 180 days; visit records: 180 days; goal records: 180 days; display records: 90 days.
  • A chat session closes after 60 minutes of inactivity.
  • Deleted records remain in daily backups for at most 30 more days.
